Brokor Corporation is comprised of three divisions that work independently, but also together.
Mergers & Acquistions
Our Mergers & Acquisitions division comprises all of our brokerage sites that bring buyers and sellers together to broker and/or acquire corporate assets and intellectual property rights. While most of our brokerage sites focus on the buying and selling of internet and intellectual property related assets, we also have licensed real estate brokers that can broker commercial properties.
Business Development
Our Business Development division, also known as our "incubator" division, is responsible for locating as well as the creation of assets that can be further developed, incubated and sold. We refer to our team members that work in this division as "ideaologists". Our creations have included toy companies, software companies, kitchenware companies, communication companies as well as many others.
Global Services
Our Global Services division extends the use of our offices, people and resources to companies in other countries that have the need or desire to expand to the countries that we are in, yet don't want to invest millions of dollars in doing so. We have conference rooms where you can meet with clients in our country in addition to having a knowledgable sales staff that can learn your products or services and can sell and represent your products and services on your behalf. We are able to offer these services at a fraction of the cost of opening your own office on foreign soil. In the event that you need licensing here, we can help you form a Corporation or Limited Liability Company (LLC) here in the United States or a Limited Company in the United Kingdom.
