Matthew W. Griffith (Matt)

Matt is a registered buiness broker, merger and acquisition specialist and licensed commercial real estate broker specializing in ebusiness and intellectual property. Matt is also heavily involved in the domain industry and attends most of the ICANN meetings throughout the world. Matt founded his first company in 1984 while still in high school. He later put that same company online in 1994 while domain names were still free and registered manually. Over the past 20 years, Matt has founded or been involved with at least a dozen other companies. Matt also is an experienced software developer in languages such as VB.Net, C# and ASP as well as the old school languages of Assembler, COBOL and Fortran.

David R. Schumaker
VP of Technology/CTO
David graduated in 1990 with a Degree in Business Data Processing. He took his knowledge of computers and worked for a startup ISP and 2 Competitive Local Exchange Carriers in a Senior Management role. His knowledge of business development, budgetary planning, capacity and engineering lead him to develop standards for these companies. While maintaining these roles, he developed standards for these companies for lessening the Mean Time to Repair, optimizing their DC power plants, centralizing the Fire Reporting methods, consolidating trouble ticket dispatching methods and engineering of the VoIP rollout all the while when merging the two companies technologies together. His responsibility included the addition of up to 12,000 additional customers per month over a 5 year period in 7 states while managing their network reliability for both voice and data services.

J. Greg Elmore
VP of Business Development/CDO
Greg started his first business while still in College. He needed a way to pay for college and be able to set his own hours to work. He started it by buying a box of business cards for $20.00. When he sold the company it was grossing over $300K a year. He has also started several other companies on the internet. He has a knack for finding the right type of business that has strong revenues even in the first year. He has a BS and AAS in Electronics and computers.
