Our Mergers & Acquisitions division comprises all of our brokerage sites that bring buyers and sellers together to broker and/or acquire corporate assets and intellectual property rights. While most of our brokerage sites focus on the buying and selling of internet and intellectual property related assets, we also have licensed real estate brokers that can broker commercial properties.

Our Global Services division extends the use of our offices, people and resources to companies in other countries that have the need or desire to expand to the United States, yet don't want to invest millions in doing so. Our sales team can represent your products and services on your behalf. We can also assist you in forming a Corporation or LLC here in the United States or a Limited Company in the United Kingdom.

Our Business Development division, also known as our "incubator" division, is responsible for locating as well as the creation of assets that can be further developed, incubated and sold. We refer to our team members that work in this division as "ideaologists". Our creations have included toy companies, software companies, kitchenware companies, communication companies as well as many others.
